Tteokbokki: 400 g Korean Rice Cake Sticks incl. Recipe Cards

Tteokbokki is impossible to imagine Korean cooking without and counts among the most popular street food classics in Korea. These rice cake sticks are an entry into the exciting variety of Korean food culture - one where you stand at the stove yourself instead of buying a finished dish.

The noodle-like little cakes of rice flour work with a wide range of sauces and sides, and your creativity has no limits. Classically they simmer in the sauce until soft and take on their typical chewy, elastic texture; they fry just as well in the pan. Korean rice sticks contain no animal products and so also suit vegan and vegetarian cooking.
