ViaMundi is a joint project by the two of us, Dschihä and Philipp, to bring food and other products from other countries to Germany. If you'd like to find out more about us, visit our About ViaMundi page.

With a current e-mail address you can create a customer account at any time under Login and Sign Up. Once your customer account has been activated, you can log in to your account in the shop under Login.

We're pretty fast:

Every working day (except Saturdays) we ship all orders that reach us by 3 p.m. on the same day! The parcel then takes another 1-2 working days to Germany, about 2-4 working days to Austria.

On every product page you'll find an exact statement of the weekday on which a delivery will reach you in Germany. During the ordering process it is also calculated exactly again.

€4.99 to Germany, €6.99 to Austria. Shipping is free from €50!

For orders under €5 we charge a €3 small-order surcharge.

Some of the snacks contain ingredients of animal origin such as gelatin and are therefore not suitable for a vegetarian, vegan or Muslim diet. Other sweets are made from purely plant-based ingredients, so there is something for everyone. You'll find the exact ingredients of the individual sweets under Ingredients and nutritional values on the respective product page, but please note: our boxes are surprise boxes, so they can sometimes contain items other than the ones listed there. The information does give you a good idea of what to expect, though.

Of course, all the information is also on the flyers enclosed in your box and on the box itself, and there it always matches the contents 100%.

The contents of the boxes cannot currently be customized individually. Every box does come with a list of the ingredients it contains. Foods that can cause allergic reactions are marked separately on it.

In Germany we use Deutsche Post or DHL, and to Austria likewise DHL or the Austrian Post.

You can use the following options to pay for your order:

• Advance payment by bank transfer
• Direct debit (only possible in Germany)
• Payment by invoice (only possible in Germany)
• Cash on delivery (only possible in Germany)
• Credit card (Visa & MasterCard)
• PayPal
• Collection in person (only possible in Germany)

Yes, no problem. You have 30 days to do so. Just write to us at info@viamundi.de and we'll sort it out.

You'll also find the formal legal details here, but don't worry: we want you to be happy and in almost every case we find a good solution!

ViaMundi surprise boxes make an excellent gift. If you want to give them to friends, relatives or acquaintances, you can mark your order as a gift during the ordering process and give a different delivery address. We'll store the invoice in your customer account.

The sweets and snacks from other countries are varied, and the best-before dates are written just as differently. In the USA, for example, the format MM.DD.YYYY is used, while many Asian countries have no uniform rules. There the best-before date can be written in the format YYYY.MM.DD, but also DD.MM.YYYY. You'll find more information on this in the brochure enclosed in your box.

Almost all ViaMundi boxes come with a brochure we designed ourselves. In it, alongside information about the items contained in the box, you can also read up on plenty worth knowing about the respective countries and cultures.
